What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Can I arrive after 18:00?

Please contact Chiong in advance if you expect to arrive after 18:00.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

The current operating guidance does not allow early check-in or late check-out.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in any room.

Do the rooms have televisions?

There are no televisions in Chiong guest rooms.

How much parking is available?

Parking is limited to one car per room, with up to two cars for Seogidang.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

All guest rooms are non-smoking.

Can I use the barbecue area?

Reserve a time and pay at check-in. The barbecue area is unavailable in rain or severe weather; check ONDA for current charges.

Is the barbecue area open in winter?

The current operating guidance says the barbecue area is closed during winter.

May I bring a personal grill, charcoal, or burner?

Personal grills, charcoal, burners, and other open-flame equipment are prohibited for fire safety.

Are there foods that cannot be cooked in the room?

Meat, fried food, and fish may not be cooked inside guest rooms.

Can a visitor enter if they are not staying overnight?

Visitors count toward occupancy and may not take a room above its maximum capacity. Check ONDA for current extra-person terms.

Can minors stay without a guardian?

Minors may not stay without an accompanying guardian.

Can I visit with children?

Chiong operates as a care-kids zone. Because the property is close to nature, guardians must supervise children directly.

Can insects enter the rooms?

The property is close to nature, so outdoor insects may enter despite pest-control work. Review the live guidance before booking if you are sensitive to insects.

Is personal or commercial filming allowed?

All filming, including personal, YouTube, and commercial work, requires prior approval and consultation.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours run from 21:00 to 09:00.

Can I visit the museum without staying overnight?

Day visits are listed, and current museum hours are 10:00–17:00. Please call before travelling because operations can change.

How do I book a cultural experience?

Programs such as natural dyeing require advance inquiry and booking. Please call to confirm what is currently operating.

Can Chiong host a traditional wedding, small wedding, seminar, or workshop?

Event and venue-hire inquiries are accepted. Call with your expected attendance and the nature of the event.

Where can I check room rates and availability?

Rates and availability change in real time, so check the ONDA reservation page.

Where can I find the cancellation and refund terms?

Terms can vary by booking date and channel. Review the latest ONDA cancellation policy before payment.

What is the address and where are the map links?
