After booking, take a moment to reconfirm the room, travel date, guest count, and number of vehicles. Chiong is arranged across several hanok buildings and courtyards, so having these details ready makes the first moments after arrival feel less rushed.

Current guidance lists check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. Please contact Chiong in advance if you expect to arrive after 18:00. Early check-in and late check-out are not currently offered, so it is best to plan travel around the standard times.

If you are arriving by car, first confirm the current allowance of one vehicle per room. Seogidang is listed for up to two vehicles. If the vehicle count differs from your booking, let the property know before departure so you can receive the appropriate arrival guidance.

Match the guest list to the reservation as well. Non-staying visitors count toward occupancy, and each room’s maximum capacity cannot be exceeded. When travelling with children, plan for direct supervision in this nature-adjacent setting.
