Planning a Small Gathering in a Gapyeong Hanok
If you are considering a gathering among hanok buildings and courtyards, define the shape of the event before choosing the space.

Chiong accepts enquiries about seminars, workshops, traditional weddings, small weddings, small events, and filming. Because each gathering uses the property differently, event arrangements should be discussed separately from room bookings.
First, describe the purpose and format. A lecture, ceremony, performance, or photo and video production each brings a different set of questions.

Second, share your preferred date, time, and expected attendance. If the number is not final, a minimum and maximum range will still help the team assess what may be possible.
Third, list the spaces and setup you are considering. Say whether you have an indoor space or courtyard in mind and whether equipment or temporary installations are involved. All filming requires advance consultation.

Finally, clarify whether accommodation is needed. Event feasibility and room availability are checked separately. A short note covering these points will make a phone enquiry more useful and specific.
